These are terms which describe the basis for purchase by you ("the Buyer") and for sale by us ("Bridal Bargains") of the products described on this website.

1. The term "Bridal Bargains" refers to the owner and the seller of goods offered on this website whose registered office is at:

The term "the Buyer" refers to the party with whom Bridal Bargains enters into a contract.

2. An agreement for Bridal Bargains to sell the Buyer goods is made on these terms when we accept an order made by the Buyer via our website. The description of the goods, the price, VAT and delivery costs are set out in the order page. Bridal Bargains will confirm acceptance of the Buyer's order in a timely fashion by e-mail.

3. All items are deemed sale items. The Buyer may cancel an order and our returns policy applies. This does not affect the Buyer's statutory rights.

4. No offer of acceptance is made by Bridal Bargains until an order confirmation is despatched via e-mail by Bridal Bargains and received by the Buyer.

5. Acceptance will be deemed to have taken place if:
(i) The Buyer tells us that they have accepted the goods,
(ii) The Buyer modifies, alters or damages the goods, or mistreats them in some way, or
(iii) A reasonable period of time has elapsed during which the Buyer has retained the goods and has not indicated to Bridal Bargains that the goods have been rejected.

6. Bridal Bargains will not be liable for any damage to or deterioration of any goods which may occur after delivery whether due to unsuitable storage conditions, inappropriate use, neglect, alteration or accident or to any other cause whatsoever.

7. Where incorrect information has been provided by the Buyer, we reserve the right to charge for any extra costs incurred (such as carriage).

8. Bridal Bargains has made every effort to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible. However, some variation may apply depending on your computer monitor and we cannot guarantee, therefore, that the display of any colour will be completely accurate.

9. Bridal Bargains will deliver the goods to the address specified by the Buyer in their order and it is important that this address is accurate. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.

10. Bridal Bargains will aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted for delivery but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond Bridal Bargains' reasonable control, Bridal Bargains will contact you to arrange an alternative time.

11. We reserve the right to decline or rescind any order and refund your payment rather than deliver the goods.

12. No addition to or variation of these conditions will bind Bridal Bargains unless it is specifically agreed in writing and signed by an official of the business. No agent or person employed by or under contract with Bridal Bargains has the authority to alter or vary these conditions in any way.

Your Right to Cancel and our Returns Policy

1. In the event that the Buyer wishes to cancel the sale, the Buyer may do so.

2. The Buyer must give Bridal Bargains notice in writing that they wish to cancel the contract within 7 working days of receipt of the goods.

3. Where a contract is cancelled, the Buyer must ensure that reasonable care is taken of any goods received and return them (including the cost of carriage) to Bridal Bargains.

4. Bridal Bargains will refund the Buyer's money (not including the cost of carriage) as soon as possible and at the latest, within 28 days of receiving the returned goods in merchantable condition.

5. If any returned goods are deemed to be have been worn, used, altered, mistreated or damaged, then we reserve the right to refuse part, or all of any refund.

6. The Buyer cannot reject goods if Bridal Bargains made the Buyer aware of any imperfections prior to purchase.
