Q. Where do you get your dresses from?
A. All our wedding dresses for sale on this website have been sourced from original manufacturers who we currently have (or previously had) business accounts with. Rest assured, these are all genuine labels and we make every effort to supply the gowns with its original label still intact.
Q. How do I place my order?
A. To order on-line, simply click on the appropriate "Add to Basket" button for the item you wish to purchase. When you're done shopping, click on the "View Basket & Check Out" button to begin the simple checkout process through PayPal.
Q. Do I have to order on-line?
A. We would recommend you to use our on-line ordering facility - it's quick and easy. However, if you prefer not to use PayPal you have other options. You can order either by telephone (by credit / debit card), fax or e-mail if you wish. If you do, however, remember to include the designer name, style number, colour and size along with your name and billing address, payment information, contact number and delivery address (if different from the billing address).
Q. How can I order by telephone?
A. If you want to pay by telephone using your credit or debit card, you need to telephone Bridal Bargains during normal shop opening hours. The hours are: 10.00am to 5.00 pm - Tuesday to Saturday. It would be handy to make a note of the dress designer name, style number, colour and size along with your personal and card details.
Q. Can I return the goods?
A. The Buyer may cancel an order and our Returns Policy applies. This does not affect the Buyer's statutory rights.
Q. What if the goods I order don't fit?
A. It is important to measure yourself correctly to avoid disappointment or incur extra expense by needing unnecessary alterations. If you are not sure how to measure yourself, ask someone who does. You may also contact us if you need advice.
Q. How can I be sure my purchase is secure?
A. Along with millions of others, we use PayPal technology to encrypt your financial information before it is sent. The ordering area of our website is protected so you never have to worry about sending us your payment information.
Q. Does Bridal Bargains respect my privacy?
A. Completely. We will never sell, lend, hire, pass on or share any information you provide. See our privacy policy.
Q. What do I do if I get a problem with my order?
A. If you encounter any problems when making your on-line purchase then please contact us during normal opening hours (10.00am to 5.00pm - Tuesday to Saturday). For problems outside these hours, please call us on 01256 474 004 and leave a voice message. We'll get back to you as soon as we can and usually within one working day.
